New Feature Alert: Sendlane Email & SMS integration is here 🎉

Our Sendlane integration is officially live and we couldn't be more thrilled to add them to our list of integrations for our merchants to use.

With Sendlane x Malomo, Shopify merchants can: 

  1. Create a premium post-purchase experience that drives significant retention 
  2. Give every consumer a fully branded, seamless experience to track an order
  3. Highlight marketing campaigns or content to customers, such as loyalty and referral programs, UGC, and customer reviews. 
  4. Drive revenue with hyper-personalized call-to-actions 

To enable this integration, navigate to Apps in the Malomo Dashboard and follow the instructions to connect your Sendlane account to Malomo.To learn more, visit our help docs here.

Feature Alert: Extended Carrier Network

We're thrilled to officially announce the launch of our Extended Carrier Network, which adds access to thousands more regional and international carriers while removing the need for credentials!

More carrier coverage means more of your customers will get your branded tracking experience regardless of who you ship with. 🎉

The Extended Carrier Network is an add-on to your existing Malomo plan and shipments tracked with a carrier in this network will be billed at a flat rate of $0.04 per shipment. If you'd like to utilize the Extended Carrier Network, we'll need you to opt-in to the network to approve Malomo for the add-on fee. Starting today, you can officially opt-in to the Extended Carrier Network.

Feature Alert: Active Order Reporting Is Here

We're really excited to announce another new report, Active Orders, which gives you powerful insight into shipments in flight.  

View your report

With the new Active Orders Report, you can:

  • See all of your active shipments at a glance and quickly dive into shipment status trends 
  • Understand the delivery completion rate by day 
  • Slice and dice the data by carrier, service level and more
  • Detect and triage carrier exceptions and work with Malomo to resolve shipments that are not being tracked

You may notice unsupported carriers being flagged in your reports. We've got good news- we're expanding our support with the launch of our Extended Carrier Network in June. Learn more here.

With the new Time In-Transit Report, you can:

  • See historical data for average delivery time by carrier and by carrier service level
  • Set the time in transit thresholds to see which orders are hitting or missing your SLAs
  • Ensure you're following through on your shipping promise to your customers

New Feature Alert: Corso green shipping protection integration is here 🤩

With our new integration with Yotpo, you can send personalized and targeted emails or SMS messages based on the status a customer's order. This integration will allow Malomo to send tracking information to Yotpo, so you can incorporate shipping data into automated flows in near real-time.

With our Yotpo x Malomo integration, you can:

  • Create Email and SMS notification flows triggered by real-time carrier updates from Malomo
  • Increase engagement and repeat purchases by driving Email & SMS traffic to high-converting tracking pages
  • Create experiences that integrate with other Yotpo products like Loyalty, Subscriptions, UGC and Reviews

Feature Alert: Tracking Page Revenue Attribution is Here

We're really excited to announce our new report - Revenue Attribution, which shows you the revenue generated from your tracking page. 

With this valuable data, you and your team can see which tracking experiences are driving the best outcomes for your brand.

With this new report, Malomo merchants can: 

    - See total revenue generated from tracking page visits and which tracking page referred each purchase

    - See the average order value (AOV) from orders generated from the tracking page so you can compare it to other campaign sources 

    - Filter by different date ranges to understand revenue based on campaign timeframes

Feature Alert: Orders Page Upgrade

We're excited to announce that our Orders page has officially been upgraded. Today, we bumped the Orders Beta page to Stable and retired the original Orders page. We've been listening to your Beta feedback over the last several months and will continue to release feature enhancements to the new page. 

Updates include:
  • Faster search and filtering performance
  • A new “Carrier” filter so you can drill down your orders list by a specific carrier or set of carriers, and combine it with other filters
  • Order name is now displayed instead of order number, which includes any order prefixes or suffixes configured in your Shopify admin
  • A new table column displays the total number of shipments that have been created for each order
  • A new Order Details page that includes:
    • A “View Tracking Page” link that opens the order’s live tracking page in a new tab
    • More detailed tracking information for each shipment, including a link to the carrier’s live tracking page, an estimated delivery date (when available), the latest carrier scan event, and a link to view each shipment’s full history
    • Additional customer information, including their shipping address

New Feature: Add Account Users

You can now view and add account users in the Malomo dashboard! Just click the Account link in the navigation, then click the Users tab. You'll see a list of all users on your account, plus the option to Invite a User. Inviting a new user will send them an invite email with instructions for creating a Malomo account.

We’re excited to share the beta version of our new and improved Orders page! Check it out by clicking the “Orders Beta” link in the navigation. Updates include:

    • A “View Tracking Page” link that opens the order’s live tracking page in a new tab
    • More detailed tracking information for each shipment, including a link to the carrier’s live tracking page, an estimated delivery date (when available), the latest carrier scan event, and a link to view each shipment’s full history
    • Additional customer information, including their shipping address

You will be able to use both the existing and beta pages for the time being. We will be collecting feedback and making adjustments to the new page before retiring the existing page.
