Important Update to DHL eCommerce Tracking
Due to a recent change by DHL, third parties are now required to register account credentials to track DHL eCommerce shipments. To prevent disruption, Malomo is now tracking domestic DHL eCommerce shipments with USPS. However, international DHL eCommerce shipments will not be tracked unless your DHL account credentials are provided to us. Malomo is actively working to implement a new solution that will allow us to track all DHL eCommerce shipments without credentials. We’ll continue to provide updates as the development progresses.
