Platform Update on DHL eCommerce Tracking
Last year, we launched a new carrier integration that allows DHL eCommerce shipments (domestic and international) to be tracked without requiring your DHL account credentials. This upgrade has helped many brands maintain visibility, especially when DHL began limiting third-party tracking.
To maintain this non-credentialed tracking, especially as DHL continues to restrict third-party access, we partnered with a premium data provider that ensures uninterrupted updates. Until now, we’ve absorbed the added cost, but to support this connection over the long-term, we’ll be moving non-credentialed DHL eCommerce tracking into our Extended Carrier Network (ECN).
Beginning July 1, 2025, non-credentialed DHL eCommerce tracking will be billed at a flat $0.04 per shipment, which will appear in your July arrears billing. If you’ve already opted into ECN, the ECN rate will apply. If the ECN is included in your plan, there will be no additional charges.
If you’ve already added your DHL credentials to your account, nothing changes—tracking will continue uninterrupted and at no additional cost, including access to estimated delivery dates.
