Malomo's Transactional Email feature is live in Public Beta! Merchants can now: 

1. Design, test and launch your transactional emails directly from Malomo in minutes, not weeks.
2. Quickly add additional emails to your current experience, such as Carrier Pickup, Stalled in Fulfillment, and Stalled in Transit. 
3. Easily link to your Malomo tracking page.
4. Manage your entire post-purchase experience from one place. 
5. Drill into email performance stats and an activity feed in our Email Performance report.

Last year, we launched a new carrier integration that allows DHL eCommerce shipments (domestic and international) to be tracked without requiring your DHL account credentials. This upgrade has helped many brands maintain visibility, especially when DHL began limiting third-party tracking.

To maintain this non-credentialed tracking, especially as DHL continues to restrict third-party access, we partnered with a premium data provider that ensures uninterrupted updates. Until now, we’ve absorbed the added cost, but to support this connection over the long-term, we’ll be moving non-credentialed DHL eCommerce tracking into our Extended Carrier Network (ECN).

 Beginning July 1, 2025, non-credentialed DHL eCommerce tracking will be billed at a flat $0.04 per shipment, which will appear in your July arrears billing. If you’ve already opted into ECN, the ECN rate will apply. If the ECN is included in your plan, there will be no additional charges.

 If you’ve already added your DHL credentials to your account, nothing changes—tracking will continue uninterrupted and at no additional cost, including access to estimated delivery dates.

 If you’d prefer to avoid ECN charges, we’d be happy to help you connect your DHL account. Just reply to this email or contact help@gomalomo.com, and we’ll get you set up quickly.

We're really excited to announce our new report - Revenue Attribution, which shows you the revenue generated from your tracking page. 

With this valuable data, you and your team can see which tracking experiences are driving the best outcomes for your brand.

With this new report, Malomo merchants can: 

    - See total revenue generated from tracking page visits and which tracking page referred each purchase

    - See the average order value (AOV) from orders generated from the tracking page so you can compare it to other campaign sources 

    - Filter by different date ranges to understand revenue based on campaign timeframes

• Faster search and filtering performance
• A new “Carrier” filter so you can drill down your orders list by a specific carrier or set of carriers, and combine it with other filters
• Order name is now displayed instead of order number, which includes any order prefixes or suffixes configured in your Shopify admin
• A new table column displays the total number of shipments that have been created for each order
• A new Order Details page that includes:
  • A “View Tracking Page” link that opens the order’s live tracking page in a new tab
  • More detailed tracking information for each shipment, including a link to the carrier’s live tracking page, an estimated delivery date (when available), the latest carrier scan event, and a link to view each shipment’s full history
  • Additional customer information, including their shipping address
